No Upgrade

Hi guys,
I have a bit more than 6000 prestige points and i have the requirement (nugget) to enter the "First-class Baron" title but i am still "Third-class civilian". so it would be really kind if you guys can fix it.
my ingame name is pobrectio

In order to level up, you'll need to go to the tasks tab and accept rewards for the 'Upgrade General Titile' task.

And also when levelling up from 1st Civilian to 3rd baron you will need a nugget.
