There was a problem in our server supplier's end, as a result, many servers crashed. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I am having the same problem, it says communicationg please try later - I have deleted the app and re-installed but it's happened again. I am a newbie and this has effected my protection is there any way I can start again?
