Earn free coins failure.

I have signed up on Netflix to get coins, but I have yet to receive them. I had already tried to contact support through my sever but have gotten no response. If anyone could tell me what im doing wrong let me know.

1.When you download app to earn free Haypi in game coins, please note that you should login in with a certain Haypi account, download a ceratin app and run it on your device, and re login with the same Haypi account to get Haypi coins. Please don't switch account or switch device in the whole process.
2.If you have followed the above procedure and fail to get coins please send your problems to mobilehelp@tapjoy.com, then they can look into the transaction and help you resolve the issue
