Need help support. Server 112

So now over 14000 cav have dissapeared from my account. They attacked a fort and after battle ended didn't return to city. The city that they left from now has max crop production so haypi has robbed me again. Can u help me support? I'm about fed up for good here. I know kingdomsupport@haypi.com will just tell me use the broken support button so is there an email address I can use for support112 ? I have ss of all details! HELP PLEASE!!!!

What works from me is resending the Email every 12 - 24 hours (not on weekends as they do have lives! i think!) and asking that they Email you back with confirmation that they've received it. I too lost an army and have spoken to support and they have told me they're working on it. I'm sure they will get to you as soon as they can. With all of the large scale bugs and the recent server crash the Technical team, I am sure, has been quite busy

Well they returned now to a different city when I recalled a hunt. Anyone w same problem I recommend recalling any hunts in progress.
