Upgrade General Title doesn't work!

Hi,

i can't upgrade General Title 9, i got the Prestige, the Gemstone and the Medall. Also the game says the Task is complete, but when i click Get Rewards it says "Can't reward this task!".

Did i forgot something or how can i upgrade my general?

I'm using a Windows Phone 7.

The Problem seems to be on differents servers and operating systems so it looks like a problem of haypi. I hope it will be fixed soon and please list here on which server and which OS do you use to make the work of the support a lil easier

I'm having the same problem upgrading to title 5.
I have more then enough prestige, but it just says "Can't reward this task!" for some reason.

I reinstalled the App today, didn't helped in any way...

*UPDATE*
tried it on an Ipod touch and didn't worked too, it just keeped loading but nothing happens, i didn't get the "Can't reward this task!" message at the ipod.

This problem has been happening for everyone.
I'm sure support is on its way to fix it.
