Coin Purchasing Issue

Tried to purchase a Coin package and the purchase failed, displaying message "Please contact iTunes Support to complete this transaction".

did you try to purchase the packet with thhe itunes account which you downloaded haypi with

Have made previous purchases without a problem. iTunes Support is "Investigating" the issue, but after reading around the forum I think it might be Haypi that has blocked purchases in case my account has been hacked.

Issue started using the same iTunes that the game was downloaded with. Have since updated iTunes and phone iOS, deleted game and reinstalled. No joy.

It might be Haypi you can always contact them at kingdomsupport@Haypi.com and see what the issue is directly

Have reported both here and through in game customer support. Only been 24hrs and it's the weekend. Give it till tomorrow and see if they work before emailing. Would be nice if whoever is responsible could fix it soon.
