My manuals and enhancement stone went missing

I got 6 enhancement stone from hunting and 3 inside my bag. Total of 9 stones has missing when I open my bank. Later on I check of my general, I found that my LVl 8 manuals(LV5 enhanced) also gone!! How come this would happen? I'm using android phone to play.

please try the following steps before conatcting support
1. try restarting the app
2. try reinstalling the app
