ALLOTTED UNIT PRESTIGE 101

Here's a quick guide i compiled on the best ways to get prestige by training units. Note that it only applies when you have a level 20 barracks, as far as i know. I'll check these with other level barracks in the future. Without further adieu...

EFFICIENCY OF GAINING PRESTIGE BY TRAINING UNITS, BY RESOURCE COST

1 INFANTRY UNIT
1 prestige
120 wood
100 stone
180 iron
40 crop
440 total resource
1 prestige / 440 resources

1 CAVALRY UNIT
6 prestige
440 wood
550 stone
750 iron
200 crop
1940 total resource
6/1940 = 1 prestige / 323 resources

1 ARCHER UNIT
3 prestige
310 wood
250 stone
320 iron
80 crop
960 total resource
3/960 = 1 prestige / 320 resources

1 CATAPULT UNIT
12 prestige
1800 wood
780 stone
990 iron
250 crop
3820 total resource
12/3820 = 1 prestige / 318 resources

Findings: training catapults is the most efficient method of gaining prestige by resource. Archers come next, followed by cavalry then infantry. DON'T TRAIN INFANTRY FOR EFFICIENT PRESTIGE.



22 seconds to train
1 prestige / 22 seconds

1 CAVALRY UNIT
6 prestige
52 seconds to train
6/52 = 1 prestige / 8.66 seconds

1 ARCHER UNIT
3 prestige
35 seconds to train
3/35 = 1 prestige / 11.66 seconds

1 CATAPULT UNIT
12 prestige
336 seconds to train
12/336 = 1 prestige / 28 seconds

Findings: Cavalry is by far the fastest way to get prestige by training units. Second best is archers, followed by infantry then catapults. DON'T TRAIN INFANTRY OR CATAPULTS FOR QUICK PRESTIGE.

Just so you know you put calvary twice in the prestige part.

Prestige per unit decreases the more you train. 2,000 Infantry gives 1,000 prestige. 1,000 Infantry gives 800 prestige. Also my numbers differ from yours. When I trained 1 at a time I got:

Infantry 1
Archers 2
Calvary 4
Catapults 10

yep spot on vayne, for mass production of units it goes Cats, Cavs, Arc, Inf in order of how effective they are. I don't know the exact number but that's from my experience in the last three weeks

30 catapults - 255 prestige

Exactly, it's not the 360 or even 300 it should be.
