didn't receive coins i bought

I bought coins yesterday but have not got them. The money was taken from my card and got loemail say purchase was approved but still no coins. What do I do to get my coins or money back now?

I have had, and having a similar problem, but I have a wp7, so I believe that changes it first coin buy to 3 days, second on I'm still waiting on, but to be fair its only been a few hours yet. I recommend sending a polite request for an ETA on funds, or a status check to confirm it hasn't gotten lost in the shuffle
