Basic rule of guides, dictionaries, wikis, etc., don't use a term to define that same term.

For example:

Gee, thanks. Another example:

Good guide/reference... Someone asked about getting this in a table. I think the phpBB script will allow posters to create tables w/in posts but the admins might not have it enabled in the settings here. Also with the width of the board, the formatting might not work.

Other option is to do a few spreadsheets at google and link the URL here (if that's allowed)...
