GeorgeAgd's guide to Hunting Stones

I enjoy hunting a lot, as does most of us I think, its always a nice surprise to see what can be hunted, and a good reward for keeping troops safe and helping finance your economy.

The most common question I get asked in game now is ‘how can I hunt more enhancement stones? ‘, ok I don’t want to be labelled Haypi’s worst paying customer, I do buy coins, however, I made it my mission to get my horse and manual upgraded to lvl 20 from 100% hunted stones for the purpose of helping others and I have completed this goal. I know everyone would like at least these two equipment items maxed, so read on guys and girls !

This is how I did it, I will keep this brief and factual for you, but be sure, anyone can do this, but it will take some time and effort.

Using my techniques I believe the following basic principles ;

A stone hunt can be between 1 – 20 stones for the same hunts.
Any lvl or type oasis will do.
Any types of troops will do. ( its hunt value that counts )
I have max speed and high fortune ( 95 + 10 )

Basically its a numbers game, more hunts will give a greater chance of stones, VIP helps a lot as you can do 3 hunts per city, I have 7 cities so I was doing 7 * 3 = 21 hunts at a time. In a day depending on my activity and luck I was receiving anywhere between 10 and 120 stones.

Whatever army type you have split them into groups of 3 ( or 2 non-VIP ) and hunt them until you know you will at least yield 2k gold value. Now you will start receiving approx 2k gold + or various items of similar value, I hunted about 400+ lvl 1 chests, hundreds of lvl 1 equipment , some lvl 2 stuff.. etc Your hunting time should be anywhere from 2 hours upwards I’d say, as mine was.

I am not saying im 100% right of course, but I am saying it has worked for me, and I was sure to achieve this before writing this guide as I work on facts as often as possible.

Good luck hunting and feel free to let me know how you get on !

Thanks GeorgeAgd Server 103 ;)

You should say how many and what troops did you use, how long did you hunt, how many times you got an unsuccesuful war report...

speed isnt tht important.... and the forune just helps to convert the value into stones (or other treasures)

Yes I know, just giving the facts of my stats before people ask.

To the other poster I used mostly inf , 3 groups of 6-8 k inf in a city for a minimum of 2 hours a time. I was doing this as inf are fastest for hunt values per crop usage.

Also I never used the same oasis's within a day if possible , I had very few unsuccessful hunts, approximate 2 of every 21. I consider that ok.

This is working... Yesterday I hunted nothing (well, I hunted about 20000 with 3000 cavs), today I've hunted 23 stones. 13 with the first hunt (about 8 hrs) and 10 with the second (about 3.30 hrs). Don't remember the right amount of stones

Glad to hear that, be confident and be sure it does work, im not here guessing or trying to figure out a formula, I honestly did this to upgrade my items all the way to max.

It does work, this could become Haypi's worst kept secret before long and having upgrades on your horse and manual are very, very important for battle so i happy to share this with you guys.

It worked twice and I hunted about 6 times... Not bad after all.

You were unlucky with yout hunts as I see it, silver/gold chests seem to be linear based over longer duration of hunts ignoring relative NPC values.

Its too hard to guess what duration you need, I would suggest turning one of your cities into inf only however, as they hunt better, you just need to do some trial and error. :)
