10 COMMANDMENTS OF BEING A LEADER

3. A leader is responsible for all his allies. He always backs them and will never promote them in a negative light. He is firm in his resolve, but never reprimands his allies in front of others.

4. A leader must be followed and trusted. Not because he is the leader, but because he has earned that respect.

5. A leader maintains the growth of an alliance and thus fosters it's continuance after his departure from his duties. He creates an environment of self sustainment.

6. A leader never let's his allies know how hard he is working. He creates an illusion that he is always in control and can easily handle anything that is thrown on his plate. With control, he creates balance. Control and balance are key to successful leadership.

7. A leader never shirks from a tough decision. Though he must always delegate to his vice leaders, he always takes the lead in any situation.

8. A leader is the backbone of a strong alliance. Without a leader, the strongest team of generals will defeat themselves through counterproductivity and indifference.

9. A leader must always maintain his appearances. Every ally should know that the leader is within earshot at all times, and is readily available to handle any situation.

10. A leader must make every decision that any of his generals face before they face it. He will plan accordingly for the outcome and always be prepared for the consequences.
