about the taking forts advanced does that mean max shooting and can those numbers be decreased without having max equip if you have lv like 5 attack tech.

Well if you calculate your modified attack raring from taems MTR guide you will find yourself a number which should correspond with the number on the list. Presume a high shooting level for the higher level of first etc
