Excel Guide and Reference

  • Ever want to know how long before you can upgrade that Lumber Mill?
  • Whats the best upgrade ratio to get all buildings to lvl 15?
  • Want to get a competitive edge?
  • Whats the meaning of life? (it's 42 duh)

If your one to love knowing all the details, this excel spreadsheet might be for you.

Release V1.0
- Data sheet to record your current kingdom's vitals
- Resource Sheet - keeps you on top of those upgrades
- Building upgrade data
- Army resource calculations
- Title level requirements list

Data Sheet -
Here you will enter your kingdom's resource amounts, accumulation rate, and army composition. The workbook uses this data in the rest of the sheets to help you keep track of your kingdom. Resources will adjust automatically as time passes.
- To update anytime press F9 for calculate spreadsheet.

Resource Sheet -
This Sheet will help keep track of your resources. Indicating current storage levels, upgrade times, and time to storage capacity.

Here is an example of waiting for the resources to upgrade a lumber mill level 8:

This upgrade time indicates that stone is the bottleneck, and at 1:30 AM I will have the resources to upgrade it.

Building Upgrade Sheet -
Keeps information that pertains to building upgrades. I have recorded or found almost all the data for this section. There are a few missing bits but the information is still quite good.

Also in this section is a optimal upgrade graph that is based on your current resource accumulation rate. This will help eliminate bottlenecks while you strive to get to level 15 buildings.

Army Command Sheet -
This calculator will help you track your training requirements as well as consumption from your army. Consumption is tracked prior to and post training.

- Future outlook -
Being new to Haypi, there is still a lot i have yet to learn. I plan on applying more late game resources to this spreadsheet such as army composition help.

In addition to adding new content, Excel can get very complex. I'm always trying to make this as user friendly as possible for the less excel savvy out there. I'm always very open to suggestions to simplify.

Wrap up
I've noticed the Haypi community has been very friendly and mature. I'm happy to be apart of it and hope this is found to be useful.

Could you be more descriptive about where you're having difficulties?

The biggest problem i can see is the data entry sheet. Since there is no api feed that i know of you need to enter this in by hand.

Once the data is entered pressing the "store time" button will put your system time into the spreadsheet. This will make sure your resources stay up-to-date when working in other sheets
