Hunting Armies

For armies that are mainly meant for hunting what is better infantry or cavalry. I know that 1 Cav is better than 1 infantry but I mean based on crop consumption. So would 1 Cav be better or 4 infantry?

4 infantry every time, but infantry cant do much so id go cav for battle purposes only, but for hunts only, inf

I prefer cavs due to how versatile they are. Infants are dead weight in battle and are really only scapegoats. With cavalry though, they're great for battles and are quite decent for hunting parties as well.

I tend to have no more than 10k infants at any time given. My largest army was 10k, 24k,0,70k.

Negative 89-90k in all 6 cities. It was a full time job maintaining them which included having to feed them every 4-5 hours.
