How to take a mine with no losses to the cats!!!

Well some of you may know this and others not but I'm posting for the benefit of everyone. Hope you like it :)

The trick to do this is caves. You need about 30k to take a lvl 5 mine, but the other mines don't need near as many. You'll need a good amount of cats to take out each troop in one turn. You need to make sure your cats ae out of the range of theirs or  So here's how you command 8-)
Round 1:
Caves wait/cats forward:hit caves
Round 2:
Caves wait/cats wait:hit inf
Round 3:
Caves wait/cats back:hit arch
Round 4+
Caves forward until they hit cats/cats wait

This will get you an unoccupied mine with no cat losses! Always build caves as they take a long time to train.
Hope you enjoyed :D

"You'll need a good amount of cats..."

Could you please complete this information? Just how many cats is that? Or better yet, can you tell me the approximate troop amounts in a level 5 mine?

I found another "guide" on mines here in the forum, but it also lacks troop amounts for the various mine levels.

The mine scout reports, as you must know, are worthless.

Thank you!

This just trades cat losses for cav... Pretty self explanatory. You can take a mine with archers no losses except a single cav blocker though. That wouldbe the guide people would be interested in. Made it as an excel sheet when mines first cme out before we started doing the spare alliance refreshing (duh).
