You guys have to take in consideration communication as well. Preop and aerodent I rarely see in chat when they are on and a mod needs to be in chat continuously to solve any problems inside chat and to help anyone who asks. People who are not seen in chat a lot can't be a serious nomination no matter how well qualified they are in every other category.
