You can nominate even if youre not in the server. Many times you'll know someone from a previous server and are able to speak to their character.

Hes Usalos on the forums. Hes expert a few places so hes probably just a little over worked.

why nominate players who are inactive?

we don't want our experts to be inactive again do we like (katniss and ameral) for example

Past that I dont know who else. I'm sure i've missed a couple. I removed 3 people from this list 6/12 because I became aware that they left our server for s18.

Seeing as we are the first server.. I think we should set the bar high in regards to the quality of our experts.
