Can I be a expert because I'm polite and help ppl when they need help and im also English and I don't thinkthere r any other English experts so I'll be on when they aren't.

Server 8 does not seem "fine" often enough to me. Often new players post a question, and if it gets answered at all the answer is lost in the garbage. I'll post an Expert nomination in a minute, fwiw.
