Oh nos I can't scout !

Hey everyone ! I have a problem..

When I scouted this guy, I could of always scout him and see his troops, recourses etc. But now when I scout it does not scout him at all. And neather of us has changed lvl. So why can't I scout him now ?

Does it give you rough estimate of troops only like an oasis?

If that's the case, he has studied scouting tech further and his level is above yours.
If you match his scout level or go higher, you will be able to get a full scout again until you are both maxed (level 10).

In short, if an enemy has a higher scout tech than you, you cannot get an accurate scout.

Correction, if an enemy has either the same or higher scout tech lvl than you, you cannot get a completely accurate scout.

Syl speaks the truth So once you max your scout people can never accurately scout you.
