Yes during the day there is no experts on it seems well i mean there is sometimes but if there isn't the chat becomes a disaster like a few days back almost everyone was cussing and posting inappropriate emoji pictures. i sent all my screenshots to haypi kingdom support email. and when you try to calm things down they just cuss at you and call you various names. its just pure craziness if there is no experts on.

Yeah they are working on it, and we recently got 2 new experts which helps
