They should just put opponents of pvp in the same waiting screen so that you can see who you're going to battle with.

If I remember correctly... It took weeks for v1.2 to come out after it was announced so I'm ain't expecting much when it comes to time

It took 15 days from v1.2 being posted to when it was available in the app store. I guess we have around 2 days left till it comes out.

I was really hoping update would be out today

Updated it and now it won't let me play saying I should update to the newest version (which as I said, I have) and ejecting me to the app store. These glitches are getting tiresome...
