Haypi Dragon V1.3 Updates

Updated it and now it won't let me play saying I should update to the newest version (which as I said, I have) and ejecting me to the app store. These glitches are getting tiresome...

I updated and it just keeps connecting until the msg "communication delayed. Please check your network connect and retry later" but my internet is working fine. whats the problem?
