New device hopefully new game?

I started playing haypi dragon a few years back and stopped when my phone got stolen a couple of years later. I downloaded the game today and wanted to start a new account, i chose the server and then the white bar came up and nothing happened. Please fix this bug soon as i would like to start it all over again! Thanks in advance!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Our current client version is NOT compatible with iOS 8+.
So if your idevice is iOS 8+, you'll encounter the white box blocking issue.
We'll have our tech team check and fix it in the future. Please be patient.
