Please send the email about this to dragonsupport@haypi.com, sending us the confirmation letter of the purchase. We will check for you. The confirmation letter is sent to your itunes-linked email box and it consists of the receipt id, purchase date, package price, package name, total price, ect. And please write your account name in the email.
