Posted: Sat Sep 21, 2013 4:05 pmI am having the same problem, if the screen is idle for 1 second that white bar appears and there is no way to clear it, making it impossible to play the game. Timing really sucks since now I am missing days on tree.

The current client version is not compatible with the iOS 8+. Thus, when you enter the game, you'll encounter the white bar blocking issue.

I do wonder how long it takes to optimize a simple IOS game, sure it isn't the easiest thing to do but you have had more than enough time to make your preparations (unless you have not even started working on it) IOS 8 released in September 2014 and it has been about 9 months since then and yet you have not optimized it. not to mention the last update was in December of 2012.
