Pvp rewards

I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I haven't been receiving all my pvp rewards. I don't usually keep track of everything but I've lost a few xtal keys for sure. I see the reward after a match and its not in warehouse or letters.

Just in the past hour I've lose a silver chest, crystal key and several level 2 stones.
