Tasks not update

every time I get in the game need to restart the channel or do not update my tasks, had the iphone4 and now have the iphone5 and nothing has changed. thanks for listening, I love this game.

Can you play the game, pvp, boss and others? Is your network stable?

I normally play, I live in Japan and have a faster connection. but to receive the prizes of the tasks have to update the channel. does not hurt but sometimes I fail to meet some not to waste time.

Maybe on larger devices will work better. My iPad mini never has that glitch. Maybe on smaller devices don't work as much as a iPad mini, iPad, iPod touch even though it's small. And I'm just saying the apple devices.
