Network failure,can't log in

Whenever I try to log in it says connecting to server but then stops and says "network failure",yet I have full connection. I log in to my brothers account and it works fine. Even on another device it won't let me log in to mine. Haypi,please fix this so I may continue playing,thanks.

Those are symptoms of a banned account. I bet you will not get an answer from support. I don't know why haypi has not programmed a message pop up to say account is banned lol
