Account Hacked (SUPPORT DO YOUR JOB)

I was playing HD and i recieved a few messages saying my account was accessed by another device. Im missing coins and i had 3 Power stones level 4. now i only have 2 lvl 4 Power stones and im missing 40 Energy crystals. turns out someone was playng on my account and they embeded one of the Power stones on my crystal. i was saving these for an orange power stone.

Bottom Line is i am missing 2 coins, 1 power stone lvl 4, and 40 energy crystals. it is unlikely that the hacker knows my current password but i changed it anyway. ban the deice that is using my account and wasting my stuff!!!

Are you sure you didn't just sign into your account on a different device and one of your cousins got a hold of it and made some stupid decisions?

Idk it may just be me but i had that happen to me before haha

Well your first choice of action would be to change your password.

Then notify support directly.

i remember signing into my account at the Apple Store. but this was a long time ago and i lost my stuff sometime yesterday. either way how would changing my password solve it? When starting the game it doesnt ask for the password it automatcally logs in

No... Once changing the password, other accounts they will now be prompted to re-login because they password no longer matches the new one your created.

okay then, i still want my stuff back. how can i convince support to return my stuff? perhaps offering my firstborn as a sacrifice?

What kind of hacker would login to an account just to embed a stone? Sounds like the worst kind of them
