new game

so i've been having problems with loggin in, said something about updating game. checked. was nothing to update. so i removed it and now when i lg in into same server, everithing is gone. all my bought coins, dragons. EVERYTHING. was hoping support could have a look into that. because i've lvled good. dunno if i should leave my id, anyways its Sylvanah

Sorry to hear that. Hats off for your loss... look at the bright side no you can waste time doing something productive. I wouldnt bother messaging support about it, i can almost guarantee they will do nothing about this, if not give you the 'usual' response:

"Dear player, we are happy for your concern. our support team will look into it. in the meantime please send us more of your delicious money."

also they will try to blame their screw up on u and say stuff like:

"did you click the Delete account button?" (note: no such button exists)
"did you enter an incorrect password?"
"did you try unplugging IT?"

anyways i am sorry for your loss. i do hope, by some miracle, that you get your account back.
