Hi,

Today tree open back again and we were all excited about it ... Then ... I reached lvl40 branch ... But my score is only 104! And this guy on branch 26 his score is 124!!

So obviously im angry because there is something going on .. I go and check tree status .. And my name isnt even on the branches ... Like branch 30-35 no names at all like no one passed it .. Then my name appears on branch 35-40.

So whats going on? Can u please fix this?

That is because when the update came out / maintenance finished, tree had already began and there was still 1hr before new day began...
Thus those player which got on right after update/maintenance did tree before new day thus they have more points now.

Hope this explains some things.

I was first player to play ... Wasnt even anyone on the board. So that isnt the reason...

Plus how do u explain branch35 (0) players passed? When i reached all the way to lvl 40? And my name isnt even listed on any branches below 36..

Something wrong

well sometimes it does not register that player/a player had passed a branch even tho you did, this occurs often especially when you select to skip the branch. In addition, after a while the branch stats reset.

Skip all branches and start at 36? :p lol ok whatever ..

Support please help and review this issue

My question is how did you make it to the top of the tree with a lvl 38 Crystal? lol
