Coin bug.

Hi

I just bought the USD 9.99 package.
But, i didn't get the coins.

1.) I click on "Buy" button.
2.) Gets send to Play store where i ACCEPT the deal.
3.) Get back into the game, and sees a message saying "Network error".
4.) Gets a mail from Google to let me know that Haypi has taken $9.99 from me.
5.) Noticed that i never got the coins.

And since this is an "ingame purchase" i can't refund and get the money back.

Questions:
Is this a bug with the new updated version?
Anything i need to do to get the coins, or will they drop in automatically?

EDIT:

Ok, i totaly forgot to mention that i'm talking about ANDROID, and server 29.

I had this same thing happen about 3 months ago. However I never got a sale ticket from apple. Never got the mail from Haypi. I was refunded through Apple, because it showed a deduction with no description or receipt #.
It took about 2 days for my apple acct to be reimbursed. If you have any receipt # or mail , forward to dragonsupport@haypi.com! I would send to apple too

Really low of Haypi when they don't answer..

Please copy and send your receipt id and the whole confirmation letter to your server support in game or send the email to dragonsupport@haypi.com(write your account name if you send the email). We will check for you.
