pvp dc/in match when not

not a problem on ios but in droid server 29 ive lost roughly 50-60 pvp points (i usually lose about 20 a loss but i have to restart my device just so i can update my honor and points so im really not sure of the exact amount) because it says im in a match already whenever i press the start button in lobby. happened two times in a row, then a third time the next day. then last night i lost 20 points even though i won every match (lost one and lost 20, then won 5 but lost 20?) i cant ss on my device so im really not sure how im going to post pictures but im seriously sick and tired of it. im -80 points of where i should be and it cost me 1st place in pvp. i already sent a letter to support (no response, big surprise) so now im posting it here.

i read this carefully,but can't even find out what you are going to tell,you had to put more info about what this issue is but not just complain it and told us how upset you are,my friend!

What else can I say? I went into a lobby, the match started but wouldn't let me out of the lobby and I lost the matches without even getting a chance to play. That's one bug. Then there's the fact that I lost points without losing which is another bug. It's pretty straight forward.

I would recommend telling your servers expert but seeing as if our server on android doesn't have an expert maybe asking someone like ro 5elite or a moderator or support player.
