Server 29 - User does not exist.

I saw another thread started by 7hills, but it is locked, so i'll start a new one.

I mailed support about this 24 hours ago but havn't got an answer.

This issue started yesterday, and earlyer today i actually could login and play, but now again it's broken down since some hours ago.

Dude! Do they even care about us, the customers!?
A little "Sorry to hear about your issue, we will investigate this asap!!" would be needed! And an explanation about the error, and updates thru the process.

Please! This is really annoying!

Is this going to be an everyday event?

Here's an idea....let’s give out rewards contingent on how much you play...then make it impossible to play.

Guess I load up Fallout New Vegas and see you people sometime next year when you figure out how to keep things running

Hi support, After the most recent maintenance i have had this problem. I cant login and when i press play i have new noob account. Can you at least have a crack at fixing this? MightyRhino s29

if you forget your account name, you have to get contact with support, and provide us your register email
