yeah as I said before, when they put the purple chest for 200 silver in the shop they also started the tree. So I started playing, when I reached branch 30 or 29 (not sure) another maintenance took place which fixed the 200 silver to 200 gold coins, it also reset the tree score to zero but didn't reset the positions to branch 1. I was on branch 30 with zero points and only 60 points that I can win. So there is where I lost the points. I wish I invested my time in buying the chests instead.

something similar happened to me in the tree before last, I contacted support and got reply from Jerry just like this but that was about it. That's why I dropped Mr nice guy a bit. So I'm still not very optimistic yet.
I hope this time it gets fixed

Hey Jerry,

Days have passed and nothing happened. The tree is gonna end in a week and the issue is not fixed!!!
You guys gonna ignore this mistake that Haypi did? like you guys did a few trees back?
