Tree points lost due to unannounced maintenance

Here is the thing, Yesterday after the announced maintenance the tree was back and I started playing it as I always do reached branch 29 and another maintenance happened. After the second maintenance my points on the tree were reset to zero although I'm on branch 29 or 30. Now when I finished the tree my total score got to only 60 instead of 120 although I finished branch 40
I also lost few leaves and vines and my medal shows 49 instead of 1 as I finished the first. Please have a look at the attached screen shots. You can see that I was alone who passed branch 40 at the time the screenshot was taken (you can tell it's branch 40 from the money prize 3880) and also you can see the date on the tree rewards message that I got today
This thing happened to everyone who played the tree between the two maintenance periods.
Please note that the second maintenance was rushed to fix a problem regarding the shop that the first maintenance created and instead created another problem for me at least

They were too busy trying to stop the MASSIVE LOSS of funds from the shop Lv4 Magic chest stuff up!!! WTG Haypi!! Lv4 magic chest for 200 silver!! We have players that bought hundreds of boxes in the 15 minutes Haypi took to discover their stuff up!!! Congrats to anyone who was online and benefited from another "HAYPI FIX"!!!!

Come on Haypi you've had long enuff to learn what a "proof read" is before putting out crap maintence patches!!!

I believe there is another post about what you mentioned here, you can complain there if you want but I'm trying to solve something else that affects me more than anyone else and I also mentioned why it happened. I just don't want this post to turn into a complaint post about some other issue and then I will not ever see a solution

Phil, I'm actually sure of it that they will do nothing, this is not the first time that happened to me. The last 30 days tree I also had a similar injustice where instead of being no 1 as I was the first to get 3600 points (which I showed in screen shots and evidence to support) I got no 2 medal and no 2 rewards because for some reason I ended up second (I think the system rearrange ranks according to the alphabet if they had the same points!!!). I sent emails and all I got is we are sorry. I didn't complain much on that indecent cuz I love doing the tree plus the no 1 is a really good player and I actually never won against him in pvp.

But now taking 60 points from me and not even replying to my emails is just a good excuse for me to quit this game but not before I can show new and existing players that there is no point in spending money on this game because you will get screwed eventually and no one will care.

This game is actually made for the ones who can cheat better than the rest and Haypi will give an endless supply of glitches for you to exploit so be sure of that and they will reward the cheaters generously.

After six days still no response as expected
I was able to claim no 2 now but that seems to be the best I will be able to do since I was cheated 60 points

Yeah by working hard and working hard. That's what you get from winning branch 40 and that's what I'm getting from three tree activities ago. but that's not my point.
