Chat glitch

Starting today my chat has been clearing itself roughly every 5 seconds or whenever I close it. Fix soon please....

please exit the game and relogin to see if all goes well.
if not, please let us know the following info:
1.do you have problem in all chat channels: world,private and the chat channel when playing boss level or just one of them?
2.did you switch to a different channel after messaging and see the blankness there?
