Online Rewards bug

I had noticed that after the first online reward, I was never getting another one, no matter how long I stayed connected and played. So I opened up the online reward box and watched it count down from 5:00 to 0:00. When it hit 0:00 there was a brief flash where the "GET" button turned green, and then before I could push it, it turned back into a countdown timer for another 5 minutes.

Lol i guess you did not grab it fast enough lol

but hey do not watch the timer play some world come back and there you have it (DO NOT WATCH THE TIMER)

It doesn't matter whether I watch it or not. I will note that it has 5 minutes left, go do something else and come back and it has 5 or more minutes on it again.

The Time works like this:
-if you are not in app playing the timer STOPS
-if you are watching the Timer the screen does not refresh properly thus timer is glitched
-if you play and don't worry about the timer play = (grind, boss, pvp) you will receive your Reward

i have some problem. I never can get last online reward (for one hour). When timer drops to 0:00 and box flashing, i tap on it and always recieve only message "you have'nt finisged this step" and timer start again from one hour...
