No points being gained in tree

No matter how many levels I play in tree the amount of points that I have remains at 0 and my position at 999999. I'm sure a few others are having this problem too

I did have this problem untill tree reset one more time and after playing up to lvl 20 tree it updated and my rank/score was changed so ya maybe give it a little bit and check it again it may of already reset for you

Im having the same problem. I contacted support and they didnt fix it, big surprise. Honestly just ignore it... I guarantee u it will NEVER be fixed. Lazy support doesnt even bother to look on the forum anymore.

Espada yours should be fixed check again s2 was reset the tree was, i had same problem

I ALWAYS check before complaining. they wont fix this btw. tired of all these screw ups Haypi is having....

Yeah tree did reset but still not gaining points

I have same issue. Will post video so maybe the mods can see the issue.

The issue is that it will update around lvl 20ish and once you get pass 22 it will only show you records of 21 and 23 will show lvl of 22 score. And if you die it shows your last lvl pass scored. It is weird like that. That is from my experience though not sure about you guys.

Even when I pass lvl 25 no points. Think preop has the same problem I think. Normally he is number one. But maybe he's on vacation don't know cause I wasn't online for a week.

Hope they fix and restart the tree. Would be very stupid for a few when they play and play and only get rewards without points (
