PVP Glitch

So i was in PVP, and i noticed that i couldnt use my Power Skill. it wasnt there. this is the first time this ha happened to me, is it because my opponent Disconected? also the Battle Results were all weird too. Someone help me shed some light in this.

If someone gets dced and you take to man turns to kill them it doesn allow you to use power, buy it allows you to use quickshot and volley.

Ha now we are talking about two different kinds of glitches here one in Pvp and the other in World, PvP one occurs due to dc
world one occurs prob due to lag
