New reward lvls

The new reward lvls sux, they give less that the dragon valley reward lvls :shock:

Pls fix this

I thought that I was just unlucky. Thanks for clearing it up. <-- And they require more effort from my lvl 31 crystal... <-- 6-39 is better. :)
