Hello, my friend using my ipad to login his account and the registration is not available anymore, can you all help me to solve this problem?

Yes, he registered a account on his ipad and login in my ipad, then my ipad is not available to create a new account.

Yes, he registered a account on his ipad and login in my ipad, then my ipad is not available to create a new account.

Please note that one device is strictly limited to create one account. If your friend login his/her account on your new device, our system will recognize that device as a registered device thus you will fail to register a new account. You may borrow an unregistered iPad/iPhone/iTouch etc. and then register a new account. Any question please feel free to contact dragonsupport@haypi.com
