Buying Coin Pack.

To Support.

Okay, when I was playing the game I decided to buy tw0 750 coin packs during the Coin Sale. It said I sucessfully bought both sets. So I had a total of 1953 coins. (3 extra from earning/buying it from previous purchases) I spent 20 of those coins on training leshy for dragon eyrie. So I have a total of 1933. When I relogged into the game, it only shows me having a total of 953. Showing that it only gave me one of those purchases and not both. Even my bank transcation says I made two purchases costing me $53.24 cause of tax each. So I would like to know what happen to my other 975 coins that I bought with my money. I was wondering if you can help me get my coins back. Because I do not want to waste $53 on getting absolutely nothing.

Thanks,

Aero

Email dragonsupport. There are a number of threads at the beginning of this forum labelled "Missing coins". All the replies from Support9 are what I quoted for you. You can go check them out and see if there's anything else there that you might need.

I hope it gets sorted bro. Missing coins isn't fun.

The missing coin isnt really a big deal for me. The big deal is wasting $53.24 on something i did not get/lost.

How long does it actually take for the support to help me with my problem? Or read my messages?
