-Make sure you app is up to date
-Make sure you have a stable connection to the internet
-Make sure you are entering the correct login username and password
(multiple account on one device is not accepted anylonger)
-Try deleting app and re downloading then signing back in

Hi RO-5ELiTE,

1. App is up to date.
2. Im using wifi for connection, no problem with my account.
3. She enter correct user ID and PW, else it will prompt wrong "USER or PW"
4. Uable to login using her own phone or my phone.
5. Have tried to delete app and re download, but doesn't work.

Support, if you need her USER & PW, i'll send it to you. maybe you can re-solve easier?

Regarding your gf's login problem, have you got her pmed support4?
