It's actually a bug allowing you to choose the items from chest, i expect it to be fixed shortly as many players reported it.

Yeah same with when you are synthesising. If you have full warehouse it won't let you synthesise even though you are using up a synthesis stone and 3 level stones (which could potentially free up 2 slots!)

Say you had a 3 slot warehouse: then you had a lv4 CRT crystal key and chest, every time you open a chest it gives different results, eventually it would give a Lv4 CRT and silver! This bug has been reported already though.

When I try it it says ur warehouse is full
