I found this game has a big problem. why all the player are complaing didn't receive coins?

Please tell us the time and date when the purchase has been made, your full name, copy and paste the iTunes confirmation letter to us(which will be sent to user after each successful purchase)--if you have deleted your confirmation letter, you can also screenshot your purchase history and send to us.
