If it has been drafted from your account and you get no reply from support then call apple, there is no wait to see what happens, they issue a credit instantly

Go into your email you will see a itunes recite copy that and send it to support they will then have proof that you didnt get the coins.

Please tell us the time and date when the purchase has been made, your full name, copy and paste the iTunes confirmation letter to us(which will be sent to user after each successful purchase)--if you have deleted your confirmation letter, you can also screenshot your purchase history and send to us.
