Do not see other players/rooms in PVP or boss fights

Heya,

I have a weird problem going on for last week or so, where i can't see or enter another players rooms in any boss fights or in PVP. I have written two letters to support about it with no response. I have tried re-opening the app but no affect.

The other room may be in the master channel, and you in the novice or vice versa, ask the player what channel they are in.
