Chat delay

Ive noticed that the 15 second chat delay for non-vip members takes longer then 15 seconds to post. I tested this with a stop watch and posting "." every second. When it finally posted my stopwatch was at 32 seconds the first time. 27 seconds the second time. 36 seconds the third time. So the chat delay is posting about every 30 seconds instead of 15. Can you please fix this?

I am running off of an Ipod 4G, IOS firmware= 5.0.1, app version= 1.01
